Q: What does “Pre-Order” mean?
A: A pre-order reserves your item before it’s in stock. Your bag/clutch is produced after you place your order.
Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: Pre-orders are made in production windows. Estimated production + shipping timelines will be listed on each product page at checkout time.
Q: Will I be charged now or when it ships?
A: You are charged at checkout to reserve your spot in the production queue.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Pre-orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase, unless your item has already entered production. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Q: What if production takes longer than expected?
A: Production timelines are estimates. If there’s a delay, we’ll email you updates. By purchasing, you acknowledge timelines may shift due to production, materials, or shipping logistics.
Q: Can I change my color/style after ordering?
A: Changes are not guaranteed. If you need a change, contact us ASAP. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Q: How do I know which items are pre-order?
A: Items marked “PRE-ORDER” in the product title/description are made-to-order and follow these terms.
Q: Will my pre-order ship with other items in my cart?
A: No. Pre-order items are produced by a separate manufacturer and ship on a different timeline than ready-to-ship items.
If you order other items with a pre-order, they may arrive separately.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing pre-orders and regular items as separate orders.
Q: How will I get updates?
A: Updates are sent by email. Please ensure you’re subscribed and check Promotions/Spam folders.
